Research Progress in the Nature of Adsorption and Diffusion on Molecular Sieve

The paper introduces the structure and composition of zeolite molecular sieves, and it elaborates the property of zeolite molecular sieves. In this paper, the performance of the adsorption and diffusion of substances in zeolite molecular sieves is reviewed, and the paper lists the main methods of measuring the performance of molecular sieve's adsorption and diffusion coefficients. It also introduces the adsorption and diffusion of different types of molecular sieves. In the present study, each method of measuring the adsorption performance of zeolite molecular sieves has certain applicable conditions. Due to the difference of measurement mechanism, boundary conditions and assumptions, the diffusion coefficients obtained by different methods are also different. Therefore, the appropriate measurement method will be selected according to the actual experimental situation. As different molecular sieves have different substrates suitable for adsorption, it has different application values.

Research Status and Prospect of Adsorption and Diffusion

The common research methods for the adsorption and diffusion of zeolite molecular sieves at home and abroad, the characteristics and applicable scope of each method, and the research status of adsorption and diffusion phenomena at home and abroad are introduced. The research results of domestic and foreign scientific research workers are systematically introduced. On this basis, the scientific problems that existed in this field are put forward. Aiming at these problems, a research program by using gas chromatography for the study of adsorption and diffusion phenomena is proposed. The principle of gas chromatography and the method of adsorption and diffusion are described in detail. The corresponding formulas are deduced, and the application of gas chromatography in the study of adsorption and diffusion is also prospected.

Research Status of C 4 Olefin Oligomerization and Catalysts

The research status of C 4olefin polymerization at home and abroad is briefly described, and the chemical utilization ways of C 4 olefins are summarized combining with the progress of relevant technology. Isobutylene was used as an example to introduce the chemical reaction mechanism of the oligomerization; the catalytic properties and research situation of solid phosphoric acid catalyst, zeolite catalyst are emphatically described. According to the present situation of the utilization of low carbon olefins in China, the development prospects and suggestions of C 4 are put forward.

Research and Design of Power Transmission Stability Optimizationfor Wireless Power Supply System with Endoscope

For power supply stability and low efficiency problem in the movement of the endoscope, the method of improving the power of the wireless power transmission was studied based on the analysis of the attitude and position movement.Using elliptic coordinate system, variation of the magnetic induction of the three-dimensional receiving coiland the impact on mutual inductance and coupling coefficient in the Helmholtz transmit coil effect when the position and attitude change were derived. Experimental device of wireless power supply system with Endoscope was designed. Through simulation and experiment, it can be seen that the Helmholtz transmit coils can generate high intensity magnetic field uniform, than columnar spiral transmitting coil improves the transmission power of 100 mW in the case of axial deviation and angular misalignment. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme can meet the needs of the power supply of the wireless endoscope.

Numerical Analysis of the GasSolid TwoPhase Based on FLUENT

The pneumatic transmit experiments with the size of sand of 1.2 mm were carried out with compressed air as pumped in the T pipeline experimental bench. Numerical simulation analysis is carried out of the pneumatic transmit process under different condition of the transmission flow and pressure, whereas the change of pressure drop and gassolid two phase volume fraction in branch pipe was achieved. Numerical simulation results show that, pressure drop is proportional to the transmission flow and pressure in the lower part of the pipe, whereas particle volume fraction is inversely proportional to the transmission flow but proportional to transmission pressure. Gas volume fraction is proportional to flow, but it is inversely proportional to pressure. The simulation results are in good accordance with the experiment results. The study provides relevant basis for the further research of the pneumatic conveying.

Effect of Moisture Treatment of Y Zeolite on Desulfurization of FCC Gasoline

With the Yzeolite as a carrier, nickel nitrate as the active component, a sorbent for FCC gasoline adsorption desulfurization is prepared. Treated with moist gas under the different temperature, the prepared adsorbent has a specific surface area 780 m2/g and aperture about 0.742 nm. The prepared sorbent are used for FCC gasoline desulfurization in the microreactor, the effects of space velocity on adsorbent activity of adsorption desulfurization are investigated. The results show that the adsorbent has good activity and its adsorption desulfurization rate reaches 89% when the active component content in the weight of Yzeolite is 15% and treated at 950 ℃, and space velocity is 0.5 h-1.

Preparation of Oxidized Wax Emulsion

Self-made oxidized wax was adopted to develop oxidized wax emulsion in this experiment, and the effect of emulsifiers amount, emulsification temperature, stirring speed and emulsification time on emulsion performance were investigated, and finally the formulation of complex emulsifiers and the emulsification technology were determined. The results show that the first grade oxidized wax emulsion, which is milk white and has good stability and dispersity, can be prepared when the HLB value of surfactants is 12.0, reaction temperature is 85 ℃, stirring speed is 800 r/min and reaction time is 35 min

The Process of C 9 Petroleum Resins Production

C 9 petroleum resins was obtained by two-step synthesis from C 9 fraction, which is the side product from enthylene production in the boiling range of 140~196 ℃. The processes of free radical polymerization and catalytic polymerization by Lewis acid were well investigated, and the effect of polymerization method, reaction time and reaction temperature on product quality was discussed. The results show that C 9 petroleum resins can be obtained with light color and higher yield under the following conditions: the mass fraction of initiator 0.01%, the mass fraction of catalyst 1.50%, reaction time 4.5 h, free radical polymerization time 1.5 h, catalytic polymerization time 3.0 h and reaction temperature 55 ℃.

Design and Implementation of Vehicle Monitoring System Based on GPS/GSM and Electronic Map

        The design principle , system structure and functions, main technical features and its application of a vehicle monitoring system based on electronic map and GPS/GSM were introduced.Global position system (GPS), geographic information system (GIS), global system for mobile communications (GSM), the technique of computer data processing and the technique of data communication were integrated in the system .I t could realize to position satellites day and night , display electronic map , implement real-time vehicle monitoring , play back history records, send monitor and control orders and query information .The system w as able to return immediately signal of vehicle positioning and alarm information , display the run status of mobile vehicle in the form of graphic and data format, send quickly control order , watch several sites with one vehicle moving , return automatically alarm information to the control center , and so on .Experiments show that the system can accomplish intelligent vehicle monitoring , scheduler and management, and satisfy the needs of vehicle position and navigation .
